FOUND PC. OF FILTER STUCK IN BLOWER MOTOR AND REMOVED. CLEARED CONDENSATE LINE
FOUND BURNT OUT CONTACTOR AND CAPACITOR. REPLACED AND COOLING WELL.
Technician went out on a "no heat" claim and found unit has a cracked igniter. Replaced igniter and unit is operating properly at this time.
Technician Went Out On A No Heat Call And Found There Was A Error Code 33. Which Means The Carrier Unit Was Overheating Tech Then Cleaned The Furnace. The H/o Had Recently Installed A Nest T-stat And It Wasn't Wired Correctly Causing Unit The Heat & Cooling To Come On At The Same Time.
Communicating 95% Gas Furnace
Technician cleaned/serviced Goodman furnace. Checked heat exchanger, burners, flame roll, limit switches, inducer blower board, flue and filter.
He did replace the filter and unit was operating properly at this time.
Goodman furnace, technician found 1/2" conduit vibrating against flue pipe, inducer was causing the two to vibrate loudly. Tech adjusted the flue away from conduit and now the unit is quiet.
